National Book Week:
I would like to thank our KLA committee for organising a great event that took place in Week 6. All students were able to engage in fun activities and read a variety of books. We had the Sunshine Library representatives visit our school. We had a storytelling session with all our primary students. It was an informative session where students learnt vital information about local libraries and books. We ended the week by celebrating in our favourite costumes. Our character parade was very colourful and fun. Check out our staff members who put a lot of effort and spirit into our event.

Literacy Numeracy Week:
Week 7 we celebrated Literacy and Numeracy week at school. Our KLA committee and Ms Gocmen organised fun and engaging activities. Students were able to engage in hands on activities with 'World of Math' and 'Professor Math' these incursions were a lot of fun. I thank each and every one who took part in Literacy and Numeracy Week.
Intercampus Spelling Bee and Integrated Studies Competition;
Big congratulations to our Grade 6 team who came 3rd in both competitions. Our students did a great job and displayed fantastic sportsmanship throughout the competition. Well done to Kaylan Bilal, Ahmed Aletic, Mustafa Nasareldene, Seham Abdulaziz and Jafaar Al-Jaber.

Science Week:
Our Primary students were little Scientists. Our grade 5 and 6 students demonstrated their experiments as an expert Scientist. They put in a lot of hard work and it paid off. Everyone at school was impressed with all the experiments. I thank Ms Nesibe, Mr Helou and secondary students for all their ongoing support.
Infant Primary Gymnastic Program:
I would like to thank our Infant Department Coordinator for organising our gymnastics program. All students are developing awareness of gymnastic skills and good sportsmanship.
Thankyou:
Thankyou to Mrs Elif Olmez who replaced Ms Fusun Yemez during this term. Mrs Olmez taught in the literacy department for our grade 5 team. We appreciate all her hard work.
I would also like to thank Ms Kayleigh for all her hard work this term. Ms Kayleigh is leaving due to family commitments. Both staff and students thank her and appreciate all her work throughout the term.
Eid El Adha:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our families, students, friends and staff for their Qurban donations. I hope everyone has a great Eid with their families and loved ones.
